How to Prepare MAF-ONE Yogurt (1 Liter Batch)
  1. Heat 1 liter of whole cow’s milk until it foams (just at boiling point), then let cool to room temperature.
  2. Remove skin (casein layer) from the surface once cooled.
  3. Add the MAF-ONE packet, whisking thoroughly into the cooled milk.
  4. Cover loosely with foil and incubate in a warm place for 24–48 hours (use a yogurt maker or heating pad if needed).
  5. Do not stir during fermentation. Wait until it thickens.
  6. Refrigerate for 2+ hours before consuming. Store in a sealed container and consume within 2 weeks.

Daily Use Instructions
Recommended Serving: 50–125 ml (3–8 tablespoons) per day.

For Beginners or Sensitive Individuals:
