  3. Ferment in a yogurt maker at 40–50°C (104–122°F) for 24–36 hours.
  4. Stir and refrigerate. Use within 10–14 days.

  1. Add 1 sachet of Butyrate Ferment Plus to your desired amount of hummus.
  2. Mix in an equal amount of warm water and stir well.
  3. Ferment at 40–50°C (104–122°F) for 24–36 hours.
  4. Refrigerate and consume within 10–14 days.
