Alpha-F2 yogurt is a natural food-based product containing natural maltodextrin and a large number of beneficial lactic acid producing bacteria.
When made correctly Alpha-F2 will produce 1 liter or around 1 quart (32 fluid ounces) of Yogurt.

Once yogurt has been made according to instructions making 1 litre of probiotic and allowed to cool in the refrigerator.

For individuals with sensitive stomachs or those new to probiotics, starting with a small amount—such as 5ml—allows the body to gradually adjust to the introduction of beneficial bacteria.
